CALASEAN is the export brand of Hainan Shengshixin, supplying four lines out of high-grade high-calcium limestone secured in Laibin, Guangxi — shaped and premium aggregate, high-calcium stone, calcium oxide (quicklime) and activated light calcium carbonate (PCC). Limestone CaCO₃ above 54% with low silicon and magnesium, containerised rail-sea delivery via Qinzhou Port, COA with every shipment.
Our portfolio runs in four tiers — aggregate, high-calcium stone, calcium oxide and calcium carbonate powders — covering everything from basic construction material to fine chemical. Levels below are the standard available range; non-standard particle size, calcium content, whiteness or activation degree can be sourced and screened to order.

Both aggregate lines are low in clay and fines with uniform gradation. Shaped grade is built around low crushing value and serves as the principal aggregate for high-strength concrete; premium grade goes further on particle shape and cleanliness. Specification can be adjusted to the buyer's national standard (SNI, TCVN, MS, PNS, SS).

High-calcium stone is the common upstream feed for both the lime and aggregate lines, so its quality passes directly downstream. Sourced from the high-grade high-calcium limestone belt in Laibin, Guangxi.

Calcium oxide is the first-stage deep-processed product from calcined high-calcium limestone, with significantly higher added value. Quality depends on the degree of calcination and the purity of the feedstock.

Light calcium carbonate is the cost-oriented general filler for coatings, inks, paper, feed and general rubber & plastics. Activated PCC bonds more strongly to the matrix, improving impact resistance, flexibility and surface finish — the core filler for plastic masterbatch, rubber, CPE and PVC profiles. Origin: Guangxi, China. COA and batch traceability with every shipment.
HS classification: aggregate 2517.10, high-calcium stone 2521.00, calcium oxide 2522.10, light and activated calcium carbonate 2836.50.
Shaped aggregate is the principal raw material, forming the skeleton and structural support of buildings. C60 and above high-strength concrete grades available.
Premium 1-2 and 1-3 grades with crushing value around 10, used as the main raw material for prestressed pipe piles and precast units.

Laibin in Guangxi sits in China's high-grade high-calcium limestone belt — CaCO₃ above 54% with low silicon and magnesium, which sets the ceiling on calcination reactivity, carbonate purity and whiteness. Our upstream partners' owned mines hold reserves of approx. 50 million t (Phase I) and 168 million t (Phase II), with mining and safety production licences in place.
Annual capacity available to us: premium aggregate 5 Mt, high-grade shaped stone 2 Mt, chemical-grade high-calcium stone 9 Mt, calcium oxide 400 kt, light calcium carbonate 300 kt, nano calcium carbonate 200 kt and calcium hydroxide 100 kt.
Material moves from the Laibin mining area via the Pinglu Canal to Qinzhou Port, integrating rail, canal and sea freight, then ships direct to ASEAN ports. Containerised loading protects against moisture and contamination, keeps batches traceable and reduces cargo damage while retaining the cost advantage of large-tonnage water freight.
A certificate of analysis and batch information travel with every load — particle size, crushing value, calcium content, whiteness and activation degree sampled before dispatch. Any deviation can be located, accounted for and replaced.
Standard orders are organised and dispatched within 48 hours; a remedy plan is issued within 24 hours for exceptional cases. Non-standard particle size, calcium content, whiteness or activation degree can be sourced and screened to order.
Goods value, port charges and sea freight are itemised separately so you can cost and benchmark the offer line by line. Form E is issued per shipment — calcium carbonate (HS 2836.50) and high-calcium limestone (2521.00) enter ASEAN markets duty-free; aggregate (2517.10) carries its own preferential rate, confirmed before quoting.
